AnnotatedTestConfiguration	Immutable configuration resolved from one test element's org.dbunit.annotation instances, ready for AnnotatedTestExecutor to drive - no dataset has been applied to a database yet, but every dataset path is normalized, every provider and catalog has been consulted, and every reflective instantiation that can fail (a provider or comparer with no accessible no-arg constructor, conflicting inline-value-and-provider attributes) has already happened.
AnnotatedTestExecutor	Drives one test's dbUnit lifecycle from a resolved AnnotatedTestConfiguration, dispatching AnnotatedTestExecutor.beforeTest()/AnnotatedTestExecutor.afterTest(boolean) to one of two path objects - SetupTeardownLifecycle when AnnotatedTestConfiguration.isExpected() is false, ExpectedLifecycle when it is true - and owning what both share: the one TestScopedConnection this test's steps reuse, its ConnectionOwnership decision, the @DbUnitProperty application, and (for an annotation-driven test) the ExecutorOperationListener installed on the tester.
DataSetResourcePathResolver	Normalizes a dataset path from org.dbunit.annotation's DbUnitPrep or DbUnitExpected annotations into an absolute classpath resource path, the form DataFileLoader.load(String) expects.

InjectedTestCaseTesterBinding	Resolves the IDatabaseTester for an already-injected @DbUnitTestCase instance: PrepAndExpectedTestCase.getDatabaseTester() if it already has one, otherwise a caller-supplied fallback, wired back onto the test case and round-trip-verified.
ProvidedAttribute	The shared rules, and the one message shape, for an org.dbunit.annotation attribute that can be given inline or through a provider class.
ReflectiveInstantiation	Reflectively instantiates, via its no-arg constructor, a class an org.dbunit.annotation attribute names by Class - shared by every such attribute (DbUnitConfig.dataFileLoader(), failureHandler(), a VerifyTableDefinitionsProvider catalog class, a DatabaseTesterFactory, and so on) so a missing or throwing constructor is reported consistently everywhere.
